Social Justice Day

Today was an exciting and meaningful day at Shady Hill for Middle School’s Social Justice Day! With 24 workshops offered, facilitated by both Shady Hill teachers and special guest speakers, students spent the day diving into fascinating topics that sparked important conversations. From exploring the world of drag queens and their role in creating safe spaces to examining the intersection of preppy style and socioeconomic privilege, the students not only learned but were inspired to make meaningful change.
